Four New Roles Available at YWCA Yorkshire

Looking for a new challenge for the New Year?

Do you believe that all women, children and families deserve the very best opportunity to achieve their dreams and aspirations? Are you passionate about playing a part in helping people to achieve their goals and reach their potential? Are you creative, dynamic and can think outside the box? Then you may just be the person that we have been searching for!

Due to some exciting new developments and the expansion of our current services, YWCA Yorkshire is looking for 4 very special individuals who can contribute towards our outstanding service delivery, and help us to move the organisation forward through the development of some exciting new commercial ventures

In 2018, YWCA Yorkshire will be opening its second retail outlet and developing online retail opportunities which will provide training and development opportunities to our clients, the opportunity to recruit and develop volunteers and to raise money to fund new and innovative projects. The right candidates will have the skills to provide professional support to clients within dedicated teams but will also have the enthusiasm and creativity to drive forward and support these new commercial enterprises.

The people that we are looking for will be resilient, highly practical and able to form positive relationships with staff, volunteers and clients. You will have a “can do” attitude and thrive in a high challenge environment. You will be persistent and committed to ensuring that staff, service users and volunteers are supported, and able to meet their potential.

In return, we offer a competitive remuneration package within an organisation that has a strong commitment to staff training and personal development and a proven track record in, and commitment to, employee wellbeing. You will be valued for the work that you do, involved in the decisions that we make as an organisation and form part of dedicated teams of people who will support and encourage you to achieve your own goals and aspirations.
