Chief Executive Officer
Tracy has worked for YWCA Yorkshire since 1993, when she was recruited to set up and manage the organisation’s first supported housing provision at Peile House in Sheffield. Since that time, Tracy has been instrumental in expanding the organisation through the planning and development of services in Sheffield, Rotherham and Doncaster. Tracy is also on the board of the YWCA of Great Britain.
I love the fact that I work here in Yorkshire, but that my staff team and I are connected to millions of women all over the world who are working towards a safer, fairer and more just world for women and children. – Tracy
Louise has been working in Finance for over 20 years and joined YWCA Yorkshire in 2014.
Working for YWCA Yorkshire gives me a great deal of job satisfaction. I may not be working one on one with our service users but I feel like I am helping to make a difference. – Louise
Project Manager – Green Gables
Janine came to work for YWCA Yorkshire in February 2004 as a Project Manager to our current purpose built accommodation service at Green Gables. Janine has 17 years’ experience in supported housing, 14 of those years in project management on various projects including families, homelessness, care leavers, domestic abuse and mental health services.
I am extremely passionate about working for YWCA Yorkshire. The organisation invest and care for staff welfare alongside steering individual professional development as being a key component to enhancing individual skills, qualifications and experiences giving a financial investment to the services they deliver – Janine
Project Manager – Peile House
Sue started working for Sheffield YWCA in 2004. Sue is the project manager at Peile House and also manage the YWCA Yorkshire Charity Shop
I enjoy working with the diverse client group and supporting young people to make positive changes to help them to achieve their full potential in life. – Sue
Diane has worked for YWCA Yorkshire since 2006 and has had experience of many different roles including Administration right through to Project Management and then into her current role of Human Resources Manager.
I have seen many exciting changes during my time with the organisation and thoroughly enjoy working for, and contributing to, a dynamic and innovative organisation which is constantly developing to meet the needs of its clients and other stakeholders. I believe that the professionalism of the staff at all levels and the committed and dedicated support for our clients is second to none – Diane
Project Manager – Rotherham Services
Sue has been working for YWCA Yorkshire since 2004 to manage the then new Fleming Gardens Project. Sue is also the overall Safeguarding Lead for the entire organisation, and is qualified to deliver the CEOP ThinkuKnow training to staff and community groups.
I have been privileged to see our Rotherham Services grow from its early days into the service it is today, and I am really proud of the work that YWCA Yorkshire has achieved over the years. It’s an exciting time to see where YWCA Yorkshire will be going and what we will be doing next. – Sue
