Excellent feedback for our Green Gables service!

The annual report is in for the women and families moving on from our Green Gables service. 85 left our Doncaster services in a planned way over the past year, which includes 15 from our accommodation and 70 from floating support. The feedback received from the families who have accessed our service has been excellent and we continue to receive positive comments yearly, which reflects the hard work of our staff.

Of the 56 families who completed a review, 100% felt like the staff respected them and 97% felt positive changes had been made as a result of the support they have received.

From the feedback regarding areas of improvement, our accommodation does now support young parents rather than young mother’s only as this has been a reoccurring theme for a number of years.
